These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at peachstateservices.com and your engagement of services provided by Peach State Services & Restoration LLC ("PSS," "we," "our," or "us"), a Georgia limited liability company based in Macon, Georgia. By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
PSS provides water damage restoration, commercial janitorial, and residential cleaning services in Macon, Georgia and surrounding Middle Georgia communities. Service availability is subject to geographic limitations, scheduling availability, and scope assessment.
All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or work authorization signed prior to commencement of work. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall control.
All estimates provided by PSS are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service delivery. PSS will notify you of material changes to scope or pricing before proceeding. Emergency and after-hours services are subject to additional fees as disclosed at the time of dispatch.
Non-emergency appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $75 or 25% of the estimated job value. Emergency services dispatched cannot be cancelled once a technician is en route.
By scheduling services, you represent that you have the legal authority to grant PSS access to the property. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to all areas requiring service. PSS is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
If you are not satisfied with any cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address deficiencies at no additional charge, provided the issue falls within the original scope of services. Restoration services are subject to the terms of the applicable work authorization.
PSS carries general liability insurance for property damage caused by our negligence during service delivery. Our liability is limited to the lesser of the cost of repair or replacement of damaged property or the total amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. PSS is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or damage resulting from deferred maintenance.
Water damage restoration services are performed in accordance with IICRC S500 standards. PSS cannot guarantee that mold will not develop following water damage events. Mold remediation services are separate from water damage drying services and require a separate assessment and authorization.
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of PSS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bibb County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
