The Peach State Services & Restoration LLC messaging program consists of customer care and conversational messaging only.

By opting in, you agree to receive customer care and conversational text messages such as appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, job updates, account notifications, and responses to your inquiries. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help at any time.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the consent box on a form on our website at peachstateservices.com. The consent box is never pre-checked and is not required in order to submit the form or to receive service from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP to us, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the SMS service.
