24/7 emergency lineCommercial water damage restoration
Water in an office, a medical or professional building, a multi tenant property or a commercial facility. We extract it, dry the structure, document everything for your insurer, and get the building back in use.
Ready when you need us
If water gets into a building we already clean, you do not have to find a vendor you do not know in the middle of an emergency. You already know us, and we already know your building, your tenants' hours and your access protocol. Call the same number, any hour, and we respond.
Water damage gets worse every hour it sits. Call and we will tell you what to shut off and when we will arrive.
- Burst pipes and plumbing failures. Extraction of standing water and drying of the structure, around the clock.
- Roof and storm water intrusion. Extraction, then drying of ceilings, walls and floors before finishes stain or fail.
- Sprinkler discharges. Extraction and drying across every floor and suite the system reached.
- Sewage backups. Category 3 cleanup with proper PPE, containment and EPA registered disinfectants.
- Flooring and ceiling water damage. Thermal imaging and moisture meters find what is wet behind the finishes; daily readings are logged.
- Mold remediation. HEPA filtered containment, removal of affected materials and antimicrobial treatment to IICRC S520.
- Structural drying and deodorization. Dehumidifiers and air movers placed to IICRC S500, and HEPA air scrubbing to remove odors at the source.
Call
We answer 24/7, help you shut off active water and give you an honest arrival time.
Assessment
Moisture readings, photos and a written scope before work begins, so you and your insurer know what is affected.
Extraction
Extractors remove standing water from the affected suites and common areas.
Drying
Dehumidifiers and air movers placed to IICRC S500, with daily moisture readings logged, set up to keep as much of the building in use as possible.
Verification
Readings confirm materials are dry, and you receive the documentation your adjuster needs.
Documentation your insurer can use
Photo documentation, moisture mapping, daily drying logs, direct communication with your adjuster, and an itemized scope priced in industry standard estimating software.
Mitigation through reconstruction
We handle the mitigation: extraction, drying, cleanup and remediation. Reconstruction such as drywall, flooring and paint is done by partner contractors we coordinate with, so you have one point of contact from the first call until the building is back in use.
