Can you clean during business hours without disrupting customers?
Some tasks yes (restroom checks, spill response, glass cleaning), but most thorough cleaning is best done before opening or after closing. Customer-facing cleaning during peak hours can feel disruptive even when it's quiet. We typically do main cleaning before/after hours and reactive maintenance during the day if needed.
How fast can you respond to spills or incidents during business hours?
If you're on a recurring contract with us, we can typically dispatch within an hour for during-business-hours spills, broken merchandise cleanup, or restroom emergencies. Response time depends on current dispatch and is faster for clients near our existing routes. We can structure faster guaranteed response into contracts if needed.
Do you handle window washing for storefronts?
Standard interior glass and entry door cleaning, yes. Exterior window washing for taller storefronts (above standard reach), specialty glass, or extensive multi-story facades may need a window cleaning specialist. We can recommend partners or include exterior glass on lower storefronts in standard scope.
What about specialty floors — polished concrete, terrazzo, hardwood?
Standard recurring cleaning handles regular maintenance on most specialty floors. Periodic deep work — recoating, polishing, refinishing — is specialty floor work that typically uses different vendors. We coordinate with floor specialists when periodic deep work is needed.
