Who we are

Peach State Services & Restoration LLC is a Macon-based water damage restoration, residential cleaning, and commercial janitorial company serving Middle Georgia. We started this business because Macon homeowners and small business owners deserved a single trusted local team for restoration and cleaning needs — not a rotating cast of national franchises and pop-up cleaning gigs.

What we believe

Most restoration calls happen on the worst day of someone's year. A pipe burst at 2 AM. A storm pushed water into the basement. A toilet overflowed before a holiday dinner. People are stressed, scared, and dealing with insurance for the first time. Our job is to remove as much of that stress as possible — show up fast, document well, and communicate clearly.

We invest in industrial-grade equipment because the difference between a 3-day dry and a 7-day dry is real money out of someone's pocket. Commercial-grade dehumidifiers, high-velocity air movers, thermal imaging cameras, containment systems — the same category of tools the regional and national brands use, in a locally-owned shop.

The equipment we deploy shows up on insurance scopes nationwide and signals competence to adjusters who read our documentation:

• Low-grain refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifiers — commercial-grade units engineered for aggressive moisture removal across residential and commercial losses. LGR technology pulls significantly more water per day than standard dehumidifiers.
• High-velocity air movers — industrial airflow equipment that accelerates evaporation across wet materials. Positioned by trained technicians to create the airflow patterns needed for efficient drying.
• Thermal imaging cameras — non-destructive moisture detection behind walls, under flooring, and inside structural cavities. Finds hidden moisture without unnecessary demolition.
• Calibrated moisture meters — digital readings logged on every visit. Daily documentation creates the drying record adjusters and IICRC standards require.
• Negative-pressure containment systems — polyethylene barriers and HEPA-filtered negative air machines that isolate contaminated areas during mold remediation and sewage work. Prevents cross-contamination.
• HEPA air scrubbers — air quality protection during demolition and remediation. Filters particulates and mold spores during active work phases.
