Most commercial work is priced as a flat monthly rate based on square footage, frequency, and scope. Common scopes are 3x/week, 5x/week, or daily. We do a free walkthrough, document the scope in writing, and provide a flat quote. No hourly billing, no scope creep without your written approval.
What if our office grows or changes layout?
Tell us. Scope changes (additional space, new tenants in a shared space, added bathrooms, etc.) get re-priced — but only with your written approval. We don't quietly increase costs as the scope shifts; you always know what you're paying for.
Do you provide all supplies, or do we?
Either way. Many clients prefer we provide all consumables (paper products, soap, trash liners, cleaning chemistry) for simplicity — billed monthly with the cleaning contract. Others have buying preferences or vendor agreements and want to provide supplies themselves. We'll structure either way.
Will the same crew clean our office every time?
Whenever possible, yes. Consistent crews learn your space and notice changes — which security alarm to set, which side door is locked, where supplies are kept. Coverage changes (vacations, illness, turnover) are filled with crew briefed on your specific protocols.
