Do you handle hospitals?
No. We service outpatient medical facilities — clinics, dental, urgent care, primary care, specialty practices. Hospitals require specialty terminal-clean protocols, regulated medical waste handling, and infection control programs that go beyond standard janitorial scope. We refer hospital work to specialty vendors.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Cleaning crews don't handle PHI directly, but we follow HIPAA-aware protocols: crews are trained to recognize and not disturb patient charts, computer screens, or other potentially sensitive materials. We sign Business Associate Agreements with medical clients when requested. Crews are background-checked and bonded.
What chemistry do you use in medical environments?
EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants, including products effective against the pathogen profiles relevant to outpatient settings. We follow product label dwell times — disinfectants only work if surfaces remain wet for the labeled contact time. We can document specific products used at your facility for your infection control records.
Can you provide cleaning logs for compliance purposes?
Yes. We maintain digital cleaning logs documenting date, time, crew, and scope completed. These can be provided to your facility on a regular basis for infection control program documentation, accreditation reviews, or other compliance needs.
